Hybrid Procedures

At MAXIM, our team can perform a combination of procedures such as Hair Transplants including both Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT) and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), Scalp Micropigmentation, and Microblading.

MAXIM also offers eye brow transplant (microblading), facial and body hair transplant including mustaches and beards.

Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo technique used to create the illusion of fuller eye brows. In Microblading, unlike tattooing, is not in the deep layer of skin, but more on the surface.

The hair strokes are far more natural and finer than any other tattoo, as a handheld needle or blade is used, there is no electrical gadget that permeates deep in this technique. Therefore, more of a scratching noise, rather than a buzz of a tattoo gun which pierces your skin so deeply.

The most important product you can use after microblading treatment is a sunscreen. Like with other tattoos, Sunscreens it helps extend the longevity of your brows and prevent against fading from the sun.

The process is very precise thanks to the tool that is used which is effectively like a pen with the nib being a sloped blade with 10 to 12 little needles at the end, needles that don’t penetrate the skin but just delicately scratch the surface of skin.

The needles are finely implants featherweight strokes with a medical grade pigment on the epidermis layer for the skin, creating fine, realistic & natural hair strokes.
The surgeons and technicians at MAXIM Scalp Micropigmentation are experts on a variety of hair restoration techniques who’ll work with you to artfully create the results you desire.

Remove your Scar with Us

Sometimes, hair transplants can leave scars where scalp grafts were taken from the back of your head.

Fortunately, MAXIM Scalp Micropigmentation offers scar revision procedures that can hide any scar on the scalp, whether it’s from a transplant or the remnant of an injury.

Scars can be made less conspicuous, blending in with your surrounding skin tone and texture. This can be accomplished by advanced scalp micropigmentation techniques and takes 2 or 3 sessions. This non-surgical process is performed by a MAXIM Scalp Micropigmentation technician.

1

Remove
the scar

One option is to remove the scar completely and close the new wound carefully.

2

Dermabrasion
Skin

Another is dermabrasion, which involves removing the upper layers of the scarred skin, allowing new skin to grow over the area.

3

Laser
Scar Revision

Then there’s laser scar revision, which softens the surface of a scar and stimulates new collagen growth.

4

scar
grafting

However, the most effective form of removing scar involves grafting a thin layer of skin from another part of your body and applying it to the injured area.

Are You A Good Candidate For Scalp Micropigmentation?

3D scalp micropigmentation provides a long-term solution for hair loss. The results, including color and strength, should last four to eight years – at which point you can undergo an enhancement procedure to restore any fading.

During the scalp micropigmentation procedure, you may feel a bit of
discomfort in certain areas of the scalp. However, we manage this effectively and the discomfort wears off once the procedure is complete.

Scalp Micropigmentation is currently offered at our offices in New York City, Long Island, Chicago, Manila and in Dubai.
